Unix drums® offers a 5 year warranty on new products sold directly by Unix drums® or any other licensed Unix drums® dealers in the United States or Canada. All Unix drums® products purchased from retailers or persons other than authorized Unix drums® dealers will not be eligible for our warranty coverage. A deposit of 50% of the total price is needed at time of order. Full payment must be received by Unix drums® before shipping the order. The payment must be made using a credit card or other Unix drums®Unix accepted payment methods, including Paypal and Interac E-transfer.

We also accept personal cheques, but no goods will be shipped before the cheque is cleared by our financial institution.


The availability of our products may be limited from time to time based on wood species availability. Unix drums® reserves the right, without notice and without liability, to modify or discontinue any or all of its products. The delivery of the final product will be adjusted based on material supplies. Customers will be contacted should there be an instance that affects or delays their order.


Unix drums® may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or parts of a product. All exchanges will be made in accordance with the Unix Drums return and Exchange policies active at the date of exchange.

For order cancellation, please call us at (514)808-3018 or (514)686-2995 within 7 days from the date of purchase. If your order includes customized parts, no refund will be possible. Non-returnable items that are finished or in progress can not be cancelled.

Unix Drums will not be held liable in the instance of any violation of the purchase terms and conditions. Any applicable restitution will not exceed the total purchase price of the Drums.


In an effort to keep your costs as low as possible, our shipping method is by Canada Post, but UPS is also available. All USA shipments are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Follow up with Canada Post is very limited. The delays at the Canadian border or in the office of US Customs are common around the holidays.

Claims for loss or damage must be treated according to the process explained above.

In some cases, the packaging size may require shipment by UPS Ground. We will contact you if this is the case.

Any and all service charges, duties, tariffs and taxes are the buyer's expense.


All service charges and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. All Canadian shipments are sent by Canada Post. The tracking information is provided to the customer upon shipment. The customer can not in any way reroute, reject or return shipped products. Separate charges for shipping and handling are charged and noted on the invoice.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in shipping, you will need to inform us by phone or send us an email info@unixdrums.com within 7 days of receipt.

Liability for the product transfers to the customer upon shipment from Unix drums®. All shipments are insured via the delivery carrier and tracked.

Delivery dates provided to you by Unix drums® are provided by the delivery carrier, and speculative. Unix drums® is not responsible for loss, damage, costs or expenses if delivery dates are not met.

  • You MUST take digital photos of damaged property and email them as soon as possible to register a claim. You MUST keep the packaging in the same condition it arrived, the carrier may refuse compensation if you do not save the original packaging, to allow them to inspect the damage. In other words, do not discard or alter the evidence.
